Refund Policy
If a program is canceled due to low enrollment or for any other circumstance, you will receive a full refund without a service fee charge.Refund before a program begins:- Refunds will be made only if it is requested seven (7) days prior to the program start date and it does not reduce the participation level below the required minimum.
Refund after a program begins:- There will be no refunds after the start of a program, unless documentation is presented for an approved hardship situation.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation. No refund will be considered without a written request.
All approved refunds will be charged a $20.00 service fee per program cancellation.
